| Description: | Add-On of existing UHT system with a direct UHT infusion system. Temperature profile: the product enters the unit pre-heated at 75C from a pre-heater. In the infusion chamber product is heated to 142/145C by free fall into an saturated atmosphere of live steam. Holding tube of 4 seconds. Cooling by a vacuum flash vessel to 73C. By have a 2C difference in preheating and flashing temperature no dilution or concentration of the product will take place. A vacuum system with tubular condensator and a vacuum pump is installed. All pre-assembled on a frame with interconnecting piping and valves. After this unit the product is pumped to a aseptic homogenizer and/or regenerator/cooler.
