| Description: | KING model ISEC 150 fully automatic press on capping machine in polished finish stainless steel. 100mm wide x 3.2m long variable speed slatband conveyor. 100 wide x 500mm long overhead press down conveyor with height adjustment for up to 240 mm high containers. 980mm dia vibratory cap feed bowl with a stainless steel elevator, the feed rate is regulated by a sensor on the vibratory bowl. The cap feed track is adjustable for up to 100mm dia caps. When a container passes beneath the feed chute exit a cap is automatically released onto the container rim. The control panel has auto/run, speed setting, main drive stop/start. The machine is Perspex guarded with electrical safety interlocks. 415v/3ph electrics. Overall dimensions 3.2 x 0.72 x 2m high. Also complete with a stainless steel cap elevator. |
