| Description: | ILAPAK "ALFA PC400 vertical fill four sided seal sachet filler with 316 grade stainless steel product contact parts and 304 grade stainless steel machine frame parts. Maximum sachet width 200mm, minimum with 25mm. Sachet length 30mm (min) to 260mm (max). Film reel width max 420mm, max outer reel dia is 500mm. Reel core is 76mm dia. 64 program product memory data presets. Sealing station length 30mm (min) to 260mm (max). Uses multi lane auger feed for powder (granular) products. Machine is currently set up for dosing 300mg of powder product (tooth powder) into a four lane mode and at 50 cycles/min produces 200 sachets/min. The machine is supplied with a 2.5m long outfeed conveyor. Condition is excellent. Original machine operator manual available. |
