| Description: | Pneumatic under pinning machine for the assembly of any shape and kind of frames either four, six or eight sides, even curves. The mitred pieces of mouldings to be joined are connected tightly by a steel wedge type NP (for not too hard and hard woods and compact material as MDF) or PV (for very soft, soft medium woods and plastic). The loaders are interchangeable on the same machine. These wedges are in cartridges and according to the height of moulding there are different sizes available. Machine equipped with automatic device that prevents marks on the top of the moulding during joining operation. It is possible to set wedges in two or more different positions and drive more wedges one behind the other into the back of the mouldings. No electrical power is required. Easy to use. Frontal safety shield is standard. The key advantage of this underpinner against other underpinner is that it can push wedges inside a rebate. |
